Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms apply when you visit the Clash Mobile website, read configuration guides, or use download links listed here. Read them before downloading or installing software or changing network settings. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant content and links.
1. Content and Scope
This site curates download links, terminology, comparison resources, and setup guides for clients in the Clash ecosystem. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It helps explain software settings and networking concepts; it is not legal advice or a promise that software will work in your specific network environment. This site does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network access services.
Software interfaces, system permissions, and configuration fields may change between versions. Adapt guide steps and examples to your device, the client’s documentation, and your actual configuration. Do not overwrite a configuration you are already using without checking it first. Third-party clients are independent of this site. Listing a download link does not mean this site is officially authorized by the project or endorses all of its activities.
2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and in your specific use case, as well as the rules of your device’s owner, network administrator, and service provider. Do not use this site or listed software for illegal activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, privacy violations, distributing illegal content, or disrupting network operations.
Before granting system VPN permissions, enabling TUN traffic routing, or changing DNS settings, make sure you are authorized to manage the device and network. Do not bypass required authorization on the grounds of research or education. Obtain permission before using organization-owned devices, shared networks, or other people’s accounts. If you are unsure whether a use is legal, consult a qualified professional.
3. Third-Party Software and Disclaimers
The relevant open-source projects or their developers provide the software. Refer to each project’s published documentation for its features, license terms, and support. This site does not control third-party websites, app stores, subscription services, or software updates. Their content and terms may change independently; review them before accessing or using those services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee that its information will always be complete, accurate, or compatible with every device, or that software, download links, or third-party services will remain available. This site is not liable for network interruptions, configuration loss, data loss, or other harm resulting from installing software, importing configurations, changing system settings, or using third-party services, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Back up your existing configuration and important data before making changes, and keep a way to restore your system proxy and network settings. Protect subscription URLs, account details, and access credentials; do not share them publicly. If something goes wrong, stop and restore your previous settings before troubleshooting step by step using the client’s documentation.
4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, logos, code, and other project materials for Clash, mihomo, and individual clients belong to their respective rights holders. Project names appear on this site solely for identification and informational purposes; their inclusion does not imply affiliation, partnership, or endorsement. Projects and their components may use different licenses. Do not assume that one core engine’s license applies to every client.
Before copying, modifying, or distributing software, read the license file included with the relevant version. Retain copyright notices and license text and meet any other requirements it sets out. Original guides and page layouts created for this site are protected by applicable law. Credit this site when quoting its content, and do not make claims or promises in the name of this site or any project without authorization.
5. Updates and Feedback
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to content or services, or to meet legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be changed. Any notice or effective-date requirements under applicable law will be followed. Check this page before continuing to use the site. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
For help with setup, see the user guide. For permission, connection, or configuration issues, see the troubleshooting steps in Frequently Asked Questions. Hide subscription URLs and account details when describing an issue. If any provision of these terms is legally invalid, the remaining provisions that can apply independently will remain in effect.
